Hi all !
first an explanation.
The last entry I did was on FRIDAY, APRIL 06, 2012(search for it) dealing with Titan Transformers UK issue 4.7 and normally I would do the next one about one month later but it took a little time to get the next issue until one day I saw: Heyyy the new issue ! 4.9 ! hey ? What was the last one I got ?
After a speedy check I found out that I never recieved issue 4.8. So, I emailed the good and helpfull folks at Titan and they have a good service I must say, however they weren't able to supply me with a replacement issue. As compensation they kindly extended my subscription by one issue. As I said, Excellent service !
But I still did not have the issue.
On to the interwebs! Luckily there is Ebay and steveh974 provided me with the issue. I thank him for the issue!

Now let's go to the Issue!

The Autobots Join the fight to try and save Optimus's body not knowing that his mind was transferred to the human Lin-Che. Bulkhead and Arcee are overpowered and Lin-Che decides that the only chance is to force a mindreverse. He succeeds and Optimus kicks Knock Out's butt! After the battle Optimus drives Lin -Che home to his family.

Good Comic strip scriptwise, art a lillte below standard but simple and fun! Getting your letter printed is Very very cool!

I recieved this comic by post wednesday the 4th of April. Yeah I know it's been late but I've had no time on wednesday and was not feeling all that well on thursday so...I'll do it here and Now !

"Megatron´s Law !"

Location: Danakil desert, Erta Ale Volcano. Megatron(HAIL!) wonders why the Autobots are still walking freely among the human parasites of this planet. (and he's right ofcourse !) his conclusion is that the warriors under his command must be too weak and shows Starscream his solution to the problem. Gladitorial combat, survival of the fittest! Starscream objects and mentions that there's no way to force Decepticons to kill Decepticons.
His comments are noted and gets thrown into the pit to fight Fearstorm instead of the expected 'factory reject drone'. Still citing Decepticon law, Megatron(HAIL!) warns Starscreams that unless he finds the Key, the shackle attached to his wrist will explode 10 minutes after the start of the contest. The Key being the opponents spark.....to be continued on page 22

Starscream is attacked and must fight for his life! unable to transform due to the magnetic pull of the vulcano he resorts to his brain. Using Fearstorm as jumppoint he manages to get a spike and traps Fearstorm with it. He takes his spark just in case Megatron wasn't lying. Megatron admits that is wasn't a bad effort and welcomes him back to the bridge of the Nemesis while Starscreams vows revenge.

"All the president's 'Bots !"
Scripting by Etherington and art by Brizuela, Everything starts aboard the Nemesis, where Starscream gets scoffed by Megatron (HAIL!) and gets the task of finding the Autobots.
He then gets the incredible idea of kidnapping the American(female - how liberal) president. He does this by pumping sleeping ges into the aircraft. Early next morning the Autobots get a wake up call from Agent Fowler to go and rescue the president. Prime thinks he knows where to find him so they go to the Grand Canyon. "Where the old warriors twice fell" referring to an ancient cybertronian battle that split the canyon in two and ofcourse the recent fight Prime and Ratchet had in the Darkness miniseries.(Prime, Season 1, ep 3 and 4) They go into the canyon and then face an ambush by Starscream and the drones, pointing artillery cannons at them! to be continued on page 23

Page 23-26: Part 2 of the strip! Autobots under siege from cannon fire! But Prime has a plan. Bumblebee and and Arcee must deal with the cannons while Bulkhead and Ratchet are to protect the plane containing about 60 passangers. Bumblebee and Arcee jump over the cannons and attack them from behind, giving Prime a chance to go after Starscream. Prime overpowers Starscream and rescues the still asleep President. After this defeat, Starscream leaves (with some damage to his right arm/wing) and the Autobots decide to go before "the humans wake up and get the fright of their lives".

Page 30-31: Rachet and the Vehicons! Get ratchet to ammo before going to the vehicon HQ puzzle.
Page 32: Road to the White House! Optimus must get to the White House to protect the president and avoid the vehicons. a maze puzzle.
Page 33: Next issue blurb which looks like a Megatron(HAIL!) centric cover. but then I was wrong every time....
Page 34: StarWars Magazine advert featuring Episode 1 and Clone wars imagery.
Page 35: Awesome PRIME Wordsearch. actually just a plain wordsearch....
Page 35-36: a Bot bookmark for use with books, you know those blocks of paper with words in them.
Page 36: Build Optimus ! cut out the parts and assemble them. looks like a fun item!



Conclusion: Good Comic strip, again, simple and fun! Toy was actually cool! extra fun also really contributed, the bookmark a favorite and the build Optimus feature. I won't use these ofcourse because I don't want to cut int`q1 o this issue
