Project Weight 010: 2016_Week05 - FEB - 01






Hi everyone,
Welcome to part 10 of a series of blogs about my weight.This is week 05 of 2016.

My starting weight was 105.5 Kilograms and my ideal weight, considering my length of 1.85 meters would be 85 Kilograms.

Currently, I would be pleased to hang around the 92 kilgrams area but my main goal is to reach under 100 Kilograms.  

Week 9 has passed, what have I done?

- Walking the dog regularly.
- Avoiding carbs as much as possible.

HAPPY  !
I did reach my first goal, getting below 100 kilograms !!!

I thought this is more viewer friendly. As you can see, I am doing great !

I continue at 99.5 Kg on 18-01-2016,
that's 0.7 Kilograms LESS that previous week !
AND that's 6 Kilograms LESS than when I started!

Later in the Ayear I will start with sharing recipes.
